Q1: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, and Personal Checks.

Q2: Where do I park?

Parking is designated directly in front of our facility and marked "8933 Parking Only."

Q3: How do I bring a guest?

Guests are always welcome. Please contact us prior to your session or class to notify us of a guest. First-time guests are always free!

Q4: How do I take a Drop-In Class?

Please contact us 24 hours prior to class to ensure we have open space.

Q5: Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes! We offer Gift Certificates for all Training and Class Packages. The purchase of a Gift Certificate also entitles you to a complimentary session or class!

Q6: Can I come in to workout on my own, without a trainer?

No, each client is by appointment only. Please see a team member to schedule an appointment.

Q7: Are there any contracts to be part of The Fitness Source?

There are no contracts because we are not a membership gym.

Q8: Do I need to bring a towel and bottled water?

No, each client receives a complimentary towel and bottled water.

Q10: What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us 12 hours prior to appointment to cancel without being charged.
