Group Training

Small Group Training:

This is a small group private training setting, consisting of 3-5 clients. Each 60 minute session is tailored to the group to achieve similar goals. This is a great way of cutting the cost down and enjoying in the fun!

Large Group Training
(Classes & Boot Camp):

An interval workout that combines cardiovascular training, resistance training, and sports conditioning training that is physically challenging, emotionally, and spiritually uplifting with tons of fun. For all fitness levels.
