Certification : National Academy of Sports Medicine – NASM. Under Armour Combine 360 Trainer. Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Training History : An athlete and athletic trainer at San Jose State University from 1998-2003 for Division 1 football, women’s gymnastics and baseball. From 2003 – 2008 worked and directed numerous gyms in Las Vegas. 2007 – Athletic trainer and conditioning specialist for Team Jordan at the NBA All Star in Las Vegas. Intern and worked with several professional athletes, local community leaders and organizations. 2009 elected to be a member of Todd Durkin’s Mastermind professional fitness and business organization. In 2009, opened Las Vegas’ premier personal training and athletic performace studio.

Specialty : Sports specific training and rehabilitation. All my life I have been athletic. I have worked with many athletes where I enjoy the intensity, diversity, functionality and focus in training this way.

STEPHANIE WEIGEL

Certification : USA Triathlon Coach – USAT. Road Runners Club of America – RRCA. International Sports Sciences Association – ISSA.
Training History:I started interning at a private gym in Louisville, KY in 2000 during my first year of college, ran my first marathon, and became a certified trainer in 2001. I Received my B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Louisville in 2004. I am an avid runner and triathlete. In recent years I have focused on working with young runners to help develop the skill to compete on a collegiate level. I also worked with many triathlon organizations to develop training programs.

Specialty : Running and Triathlon. I love to run and help others experience the joys it can bring. To see someone run their first anything is amazing – whether it’s a 5K or Marathon! I also love to train clients in a fast-paced method – by combining strength and cardio.
